Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The Promise Perspective. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
Items that are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the nature of these items are: bracelets, keychains, digital products, macrame bookmarks, and stationery products.
Exchanges: We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
Our hope is that you will love what you ordered, but if something doesn’t work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the original shipping date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and send item(s) to P.O. Box 81 Falmouth, KY 41040 with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you have any questions about your order, please make sure to include the Order Number in the email subject line.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and when your new item is shipped out (if applicable).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International return postage must be paid for by the customer.
